YOU'RE STANDING BETWEEN WHAT WAS, AND WHAT'S COMING...
The year is three days old. Still soft. Still shapeable.
The Wolf Moon rises on January 3—the first full moon of the year. In this liminal space, before momentum builds and routines harden, you have a choice about how you'll move forward.
This is your moment to get clear.
The intertidal zone is neither ocean nor shore, but the space between—constantly shifting, yet where the most resilient ecosystems thrive. You know this space. You live here.
THIS EXPERIENCE IS FOR YOU IF…
- You lead. Holding space for a business, a team, a community, a household—probably more than one.
- You're tired of "new year, new you" rhetoric and want something more substantive.
- You’ve been navigating constant flux and holding space for others, often without a moment to reorient yourself.
- You're ready for a day that feels different:
- Restorative, not performative
- Honest, not overwhelming
- Spacious, not rushed
A day to hear yourself again before the year’s momentum takes over.
OUR DAY TOGETHER
This is not a webinar. Not a motivational lecture. This is an interactive retreat experience—a full day of reflection, restoration, and recalibration with other women who understand what you're navigating.
10:00-10:45am CT – Standing at the Edge
We open with a deep listening practice and guided reflection: What's behind you? What's ahead? Where are you standing right now?
11:00am-12:15pm CT – What the Tide Left Behind
Small group share and facilitated discussion. Honest connection and conversation about what you're carrying from 2025 and what needs to be released.
12:30-1:30pm CT – The Pause Between Tides
Guided restorative practice (yoga nidra) to reset your nervous system and integrate. You can't chart a clear course from a depleted state.
1:30pm CT – Break (a real one)
2:30-3:15pm CT – Charting the Terrain Ahead
Working session offering practical frameworks for cultivating clarity when everything feels uncertain. Not goal-setting, but orienting—you'll map your actual landscape and leave with tools you can use immediately.
3:30-4:00pm CT – Integration and Closing Circle
Working Small and large group circles. Name what you're taking forward. Simple ritual to honor the community formed. Invitation to go deeper in Baja this May.

A GLIMPSE OF WHAT'S POSSIBLE
Moments from Her Festival over the years — spaces filled with connection, softness, sisterhood, and truth.
Each gathering has its own texture and magic, yet the essence remains the same: Women coming together with intention, courage, and heart.
WHAT IS HER FESTIVAL?
Her Festival is a gathering for women who lead, create, and hold space— often quietly, often without applause, often while carrying so much.
We believe leadership can be rooted in presence rather than urgency, clarity rather than overwhelm, and connection rather than isolation.
This 1-day Virtual Retreat is a doorway into that ethos. A small glimpse of what it can feel like to not hold everything alone.
